The Texas Oil & Gas Institute (TOGI) is a newly-formed, non-profit initiative providing research, engineering and education for the upstream oil and gas industry. Our initial focus is on adding value to the University Lands for the benefit of the University of Texas and Texas A&M University Systems.

TOGI began in September 2015 with the hiring of CEO Dr. Jeff Spath, former executive at Schlumberger Limited and 2014 SPE President. TOGI hires interns from both UT and Texas A&M to perform much of the research and engineering.

Jeff Spath and Yoshi Pradhan (2015 PGE Alum) will be speaking. Yoshi, who won the 2015 International Paper Contest, will provide information and advice regarding the SPE Paper contest.

TOGI is hiring undergrad and graduate interns and will be accepting resumes.
