Larry W. Lake, PE

Ph.D. Chemical Engineering
Rice University

Dr. Lake has served on the faculty since 1978. He has five years of industrial experience and has authored four text books and more than 100 technical articles and reports. He has edited the Petroleum Engineering Handbook and three volumes of technical papers. He is a specialist in reservoir engineering with research interests in enhanced oil recovery, reservoir characterization, geochemistry, and flow in permeable media. Dr. Lake is a member of the National Academy of Engineering.
