PGE student Donovan Kilmartin has been selected to receive the
Marvin Wright Engineering Athlete award by the College of Engineering.
The award, given annually, recognizes an engineering student
with a gpa over 3.0 who is also a letterman during the same academic year.
Originally from Eagle Falls Idaho, Kilmartin is a heptathlete on the Track and
Field team. Academics, long jump, high jump, hurdles, shot put, javelin, are all part of Kilmartin's strengths--
that must be why he's described on the TexasSports website
as a "superb all-around athlete". Congratulations Donovan.
