Dr. Carlos Torres-Verdín has been recognized with a UT Student Engineering Council Faculty Appreciation Award for Petroleum & Geosystems Engineering. This award,
voted on by students, is given out to one professor in each engineering department and recognizes "outstanding faculty." Dr. Verdín will receive his award at the faculty appreciation
event on March 2nd from 4:30 - 5:30 in ECJ. The Student Engineering Council represents undergraduate students in the College of Engineering. Congratulations Carlos!
