First-year Fall Retreat

The First-year Fall Retreat (FFR) is a required event hosted for newly admitted UT PGE undergraduate students. All incoming fall 2020 students, including freshmen and transfer students, are invited to take part in this exciting event, which introduces students to the Longhorn spirit and pride. The event is a great opportunity to make connections with your classmates, UT PGE faculty and staff, industry representatives, and, of course, have fun before the start of fall classes!

The retreat will be held off-campus on August 23-24, 2020 (Sunday and Monday) at The Retreat at Balcones Springs, approximately 45 miles northwest of Austin. UT PGE will take care of round-trip transportation for all students between Austin and Marble Falls.

Once you have registered online for the retreat, do not forget that you are required to submit several forms to complete your registration.

 - Forms for adult students (if you will be 18 years or older on August 23) do not require parental consent

- Forms for minors (17 years or younger on August 23) will require a parent/guardian signature

In total, three forms need to be sent to UT PGE. We must have the original forms. Please submit these documents to UT PGE by Friday, August 14, 2020.
